At A1 DECOY LTD, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fashion piece; however, if you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to enter your order number and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
